Two Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) and NJCAA Region 13 member colleges will be hosting the 2025 NJCAA Midwest District Men's and Women's Soccer Championships this weekend.
Rochester Community and Technical College, by winning the NJCAA Region 13 Championship title, earned the right to host the Midwest Women's Soccer Championship Tournament. That tournament will be played on Friday, October 31, and Saturday, November 1, at the Rochester (MN) Regional Stadium. RCTC will host the first match of the tournament when they take on Joliet Junior College at 5:00 PM on Friday, October 31. Region 13 runner-up Anoka-Ramsey Community College also qualified for the district tournament and will play Delta College in the second semifinal match at 7:30 p.m. on October 31. The winners of the semifinals will play on Saturday, November 1, at 1:00 PM, with the winner advancing to the NJCAA DIII Women's Soccer National Tournament.
In the NJCAA Midwest District Men's Soccer Championship Game, Riverland Community College (Austin, MN) earned hosting privileges after winning the Region 13 Men's Soccer Championship with a penalty-kick shootout with Minnesota West Community and Technical College. By claiming the region title, the Riverland Blue Devils will host Joliet Junior College at 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, at Wescott Sports Complex, for the district championship and automatic bid to the NJCAA DIII Men's Soccer National Tournament.
